A great program with an incredibly supportive coach and community of women. The workouts and meal plans really worked for me and my lifestyle, and I felt like there was lots of tailored and personalised support. The meal plans in particular provided plenty of variety and didn’t cut out the foods I loved. I had been under-eating and over-training before starting this program, and when I saw that the program involved scaling back my exercise, allowing for more rest and increasing my calories, I was very worried and didn’t think I would see results. However, I saw amazing results, dropping 10kg and seeing a massive change in my body composition. More importantly, I feel more confident in myself and accepting of my body. I felt like the coaches always cared about more than just your measurements – helping you to build confidence, understand your body and not become too obsessed with the scales.
