Flora’s Experience (In Her Words):
Hi, I’m Flora Harris and I’m an event rider. I started working with FitQueen at the beginning of last year, really just because I wanted to lose some weight and get more of a handle on my nutrition and how it was fuelling my body. One of the biggest things that’s changed for me is that I used to think dieting involved eating less and really restricting foods, whereas now I would say I probably eat more than I ever did before, but I’ve still lost weight. It’s definitely been about picking the right foods, planning early, planning ahead and just making better choices. I’m having plenty of food and different types of food, food that I like which fuels me throughout the day. Due to my work I’m riding a lot of horses every day, I’m outside all the time. My FitQueen trainer has definitely given me the tools and the skills to do this whilst losing weight.
