Being told I had PCOS at 15 to then spending over a decade obese, I’ve ridden every emotion of this hormonal implication. From being shamed for my facial hair on a date to cursing my body because of the uncontrollable weight gain.

I tried countless diets – low-carb, keto, weight watchers – the list goes on. It was exhausting, nothing worked and every time I would end up quitting, overeating in self destruct mode and gaining even more weight.

The truth is… None of these diets actually suited my PCOS physiology and there was ZERO mindset support to keep me accountable and to help me address my relationship with my body and food.

After immersing myself into the study of hormones, collaborating with experts in nutrition, psychology and behavioural change, I dropped the 3 dress sizes and it sparked a passion in me to help as many women with PCOS to do the same thing.
