Working as a 1:1 client with Emily has been truly life changing. I had dieted previously using a well known diet company and, whilst I lost 10kg, I hit a wall and realised that it wasn’t supporting and encouraging a healthy relationship with food or a good pattern of eating.
Working with Emily has enabled me to develop a much better understanding of the nutrition and exercise that my body needs and how to adapt it to a range of situations – eating out, travelling, staying away.
The support I received has been fantastic. Each week I check in and we amend my plan – adapting both my diet and my activity to my circumstances and managing an ever-changing demand – travelling with work, staying away, going out with friends.
Even when I thought I had a bad week Emily always finds some positives from it. Over the time I have worked with Emily I’ve lost just over 7kg and gone from a size 12 trouser to a size 8. I regularly receive compliments and now have the confidence to continue to manage my progress and maintain my lifestyle.
