Best gift I've ever given myself!!

I just really wanted to share & show my appreciation for FitQueen led by Emily De Luzy & her exceptional coaches in the UK. I actually live in the United States, and it doesn’t even matter that i do; they FEEL & ARE so in-tune, near & more helpful to me than any local company or group in my neighborhood or surrounding area. I’ve tried & failed so many times in plans that were never going to be sustainable or successful. I’m entering my 4th month and have a way to go but I’m getting there mind, body & spirit & it feels like this is finally going to work for me!! I have my internist doctor here in the US excited for me & she’s impressed too with what she’s heard & read. Medication can only go so far…I’ve been stuck for the past couple decades - way overweight- (I wasn’t always) and afflicted with a combination of hormonal, stress & other challenges that have made dropping this weight for good so hopeless. Making this investment is turning this right around for me & what they BRING is so beyond what other companies offer up. Regular education, a site that covers so many topics I’m not even done exploring it…There’s no deprivation, it has opened my eyes to new foods, recipes, mindsets and most of all having such a dedicated coach on your side who inspires you (all the coaches have tremendous gifts to offer)…I am excited to continue with this & share with my family so they can become healthier & happier along with me! I did FitQueen for about 2 years with Emily and her fab team. My experience was great, I lost more weight then I thought I was going to but most of all I learnt so much about my own body, especially the female composition and how we tick, our health and what my body needs to fuel myself. I have learnt how to make lots of tasty recipes and what exercises support me for my own personal goals.
Emily and her team are always on hand to answer your questions, they have a wealth of experience between them and support you on your journey throughout. This has truly changed my life and I have learnt so much which I continue to take forward in my everyday life. It has become a way of life and one that I am a healthier, happier person.

I was worried about calorie counting, consuming more protein and using weights to improve my physique - but now I’ve never looked back. Calories - it was up to me if I wanted to know what I was eating each week (calorie count) and I said no. I trusted the process and have never looked back.
I’m now a true fan of protein and how good it is for your body, more importantly, how crucial it is for your body.

Life changing
I joined the programme in September 2021 and it literally has been a life changing experience, from yo-yo dieting to not really knowing my own worth, the nutritional aspect of the programme has been great to understand what my body needs and to lose weight and keep it maintained as well. The best thing about the programme alongside the nutrition is the mindset coaching that goes with it. The mindset is a massive minefield in itself and to understand how to be the best version of myself is amazing. Thank you to Emily and all the dedicated coaches to give us a ladies a great community to be a part of.

A great program with an incredibly supportive coach and community of women. The workouts and meal plans really worked for me and my lifestyle, and I felt like there was lots of tailored and personalised support. The meal plans in particular provided plenty of variety and didn’t cut out the foods I loved. I had been under-eating and over-training before starting this program, and when I saw that the program involved scaling back my exercise, allowing for more rest and increasing my calories, I was very worried and didn’t think I would see results. However, I saw amazing results, dropping 10kg and seeing a massive change in my body composition. More importantly, I feel more confident in myself and accepting of my body. I felt like the coaches always cared about more than just your measurements - helping you the build confidence, understand your body and not become too obsessed with the scales. I would really recommend to any woman who wants to make a change in a safe and sustainable way.

I have always struggled with my weight and had convinced myself that low calorie meal replacements diets with shakes and bars were the only things that would work. It was that or I was destined to be overweight and full of self loathing. I stumbled across Emily de Luzy and Fitqueen on social media and started to follow them. I would like a few posts and comment and then I realised that there were women on there like me, my shape and size and then I saw their transformations. I read about how they had achieved these amazing results and began to wonder if this could possibly work for me. I booked in an initial call with Emily. We talked about me, my weight, past diets and more importantly what I wanted and was I prepared to commit to this. There was no pressure either way. I decided that yes I could do this and wanted to do this. Emily sorted out a package for me that was affordable and doable.

Fast forward to today... I put on some clothes and remembered I had taken a picture of myself in them 3 months ago, just before starting the FitQueen programme. I took a picture immediately and then did a side by side comparison. Then it hit me. I looked so different. This programme actually worked! I was losing weight, toning up and actually I liked what I saw in the mirror. The best part is all this was happening whilst eating normal food, healthy nutritious meals that were easy to prepare. For once that feeling of hate was gone, this person looking back at me looked good.
